When I was fanatically logging my food and exercise, I saw the greatest progress. Logging lets you know exactly how you’re eating, and how to mathematically reach your goal. I use the myfitnesspal app. It’s free and easy. My goal is to log everything that I put in my mouth and every exercise. But I’ve been slacking.
