J. Cole’s new mixtape, “Friday Night Lights” has set the internet on fire. He’s getting a lot of Blogger love, so I took a listen to see what the buzz was about and… was pleasantly surprised. Glad to see the young boys return to lyricism. Thanks to Roc Nation, Hip Hop might be in good hands after all. My favorites are “Higher”, “Cost me a lot”, and “In the Morning” featuring Drake.
