Workout Diary: Day 11
OK, so, I gained a couple of pounds and backslid a bit. I’m back tho. As long as I keep trying, I’m bound to see results.

“Woke up out the bed, turned my swag oonnnnnn…”
Thanks to a bath last night, I feel better. I had a bowl of cereal with raisins. After breakfast, My and I headed to the secret park for our daily cardio workout. She’s in better shape than I am, and has legs that a starlet would kill for. As a result, Scott is a bit harder on her. He knows she can take it. She was a bit sore from the workout, but you couldn’t tell. She had me moving through that park much faster than I would have walked on my own. I’m definitely motivated by her presence. Together, we can accomplish anything. So, I grabbed a couple of bottles of water and walked using the bottles as light weights. On the Biggest Loser, I noticed that they always had something in their hands on the treadmill. Any little bit to burn more calories helps. My and I crack each other up on our walks. We talk about everything from business goals to comedy sketches.
After about 30 mins, we finished up and headed back to the lab to start the day. I’ve got a lot to get done today, so I will come back and update later. Now, it’s time for a snack.
