Hey Porsche! So cool that you’re doing these video diaries. I’m definitely not an expert on meal planning. I just do my best to keep raw fruits and veggies all around me so that if/when I do go to grab something…its at least something healthy. I try to keep processed foods, snacks foods, and fast foods far away.
But portion control is the main thing to keep in mind. Regardless of what you eat, it’s the portions that make the difference. If we can eat less (and exercise more)…we’re good!
A trick of the trade that I’ve learned, for keeping things “regular”, is to drink a cup of hot water with some lemon in the morning, and another cup at night. If nothing else, it helps you move along anything “bad” that you may have ingested. It also helps with your daily water intake, and will make you feel “full” so you don’t eat as much.
